Specifications
Frames:
All frames are made from box iron.
100mm x 50mm x 3mm box iron is used in sheds up to and including 7.5
metres wide.
100mm x 60mm x 3mm box iron is used in sheds from 8metres to 12metres
wide.
All the box iron is shotblasted and primed before manufacture and finish
coated after manufacture

Purlins:
Our purlins are a unique top-hat design. these are manufactured from
precoated 1.5mm flat sheets.

Cladding:
The cladding used is manufactured by our sister company Midland Cladding.
The cladding used is 'Colorcoat HP200' . This high quality cladding has
an external finish that is 200 microns thick and is available in a wide range
of colours.
It is also possible to get this with a unique non-drip
coating on the underside that eliminates annoying drips caused by condensation.
All our sheds can be insulated using Kingspan insullation boards. These
fit neatly with our top hat purlins. The boards are fitted during erection
of the shed.
